How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review the policy for eligibility requirements and deadlines.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review your request and assist you with the next steps.

Where is my order?
You can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, our Customer Care team can help guide you.
